Products Description
This week, we completed the final inspection and performance testing of two key pieces of equipment destined for a Turkish processor: an Automatic Adjustable Smooth Curving Machine and a Leveling Slitting Shearing Machine. Both units have now been packed and shipped.
1,Pre-Delivery Assembly & Factory Testing
Prior to dispatch, each machine underwent full assembly and live testing at our facility. The curving machine demonstrated stable operation across multiple radius adjustments, with smooth curvature transitions and repeatable accuracy-critical for maintaining consistency in architectural panel production. The leveling, slitting, and shearing line ran efficiently, producing clean, burr-free edges and meeting all specified dimensional tolerances.
2,Equipment Capabilities
Automatic Adjustable Smooth Curving Machine: Designed for rapid changeover between different curvature profiles. The automatic adjustment mechanism reduces manual setup time and operator intervention, making it suitable for mixed-batch production.
Leveling Slitting Shearing Machine: Integrated as a front-end processing station, this unit ensures flat, stress-relieved coils before slitting and shearing, which directly improves downstream curving quality.
Together, these machines form a compact, high-utility coil processing and curved panel manufacturing cell-particularly suited for metal roofing, cladding, and custom profile applications.
3,Quality Assurance & Compliance
All acceptance criteria were aligned with the customer's technical specifications. Key parameters-including curving radius deviation, slitting width tolerance, shear edge straightness, and cycle time-were verified and documented. The equipment is ready for installation and immediate operation upon arrival.
4,Packaging & Logistics
Given the long maritime route, each machine was securely blocked, braced, and weather-protected inside reinforced export crates. Critical components (sensors, control panels, hydraulic fittings, and blade assemblies) received additional impact protection and moisture-barrier wrapping. All fastening points were torque-checked to prevent in-transit loosening.
5,Market Context – Turkey
Turkey remains a strategic market for metal forming and construction-related machinery. Demand is steadily increasing for automated solutions that reduce labor dependency while improving output consistency. This shipment represents a continuation of an ongoing partnership, built on previously delivered equipment and mutual technical confidence.
6,Post-Shipment Support
Following arrival, our team will provide remote commissioning assistance, including step-by-step installation guidance, parameter setting, and operator training via video conference. On-site support can also be arranged if required.
7,Production Pipeline
Additional equipment-including a servo-driven feed line and a heavier-gauge curving station-is currently in production for other export orders. We expect to announce further deliveries to Europe and Southeast Asia in the coming weeks.
