During the discussion, the client focused on the structural design and adjustment mechanism of the CZ interchangeable purlin machine. Particular attention was given to how the machine achieves fast switching between C and Z profiles without changing rollers. Our engineers explained the adjustment logic in detail, including the synchronized movement system and positioning accuracy, which ensures profile consistency even after repeated size changes. The client showed strong interest in this design, especially for projects requiring frequent specification changes.

Another key topic was the machine's performance in long-term production. We discussed material thickness range, forming stability, and how to maintain precision under continuous operation. Live demonstrations helped clarify how the machine handles different coil conditions while keeping the profile straightness and punching accuracy within tolerance. The exchange was practical and focused, with both sides aligning on how the equipment can adapt to real project needs rather than just standard configurations.

Tour of the Production Workshop

Recently, we welcomed a client from Malaysia to our factory for an on-site visit and technical discussion. As a long-term partner in the metal roofing and steel structure industry, the visit focused on gaining a deeper understanding of several key machines and their actual production performance.

During the visit, the client toured our workshop and observed the operation of multiple machines, including the CZ Interchangeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine, Standing Seam Roofing Machine, Curving Machine, and Slitting Machine. Each piece of equipment was demonstrated under real working conditions to give a clear view of forming accuracy, running stability, and overall efficiency.

The standing seam machine and curving machine were also carefully reviewed. Live demonstrations highlighted smooth forming, precise bending radius control, and consistent output quality, which are critical for roofing applications. Meanwhile, the slitting machine showcased stable operation and accurate cutting performance, meeting the demands of coil processing before forming.

Throughout the visit, both sides had in-depth discussions on machine configuration, local application needs, and future cooperation possibilities. The client expressed satisfaction with the overall build quality, workmanship, and practical performance of the equipment.

This visit further strengthened mutual trust and laid a solid foundation for upcoming cooperation. We look forward to supporting our Malaysian partner with reliable machines and continuous technical service in the near future.
