The rollers undergo integral quenching and tempering treatment followed by chrome plating to ensure high hardness and wear resistance. Prior to assembly, all rolling tools and transmission components must pass concentricity, surface finish, and clearance measurements. This rigorous inspection ensures uniform assembly precision, preventing issues such as misalignment or inconsistent pressure, thereby guaranteeing the stability of the formed sheet profiles.

Every machine undergoes a minimum two-hour continuous trial run before leaving the factory.
