Key forming points-particularly the clip receiving leg and the overlapping seam edge-are shaped gradually over multiple passes to avoid stress fractures in coated materials.

Machine frames are fabricated from heavy-gauge steel plate, with rollers machined from GCr15 bearing steel and hardened to HRC 58-62. This setup holds tolerances within ±0.5mm over a 10-meter panel length, which is critical for Clip Lock panels where the seam engagement must be uniform to achieve the specified wind uplift resistance.

Panel width is adjustable within a set range, allowing the same machine to handle different project specifications without changing tooling. The decoiler, feed table, and run-out support are matched to the machine's capacity, ensuring smooth material flow from coil to finished panel.
