Recently, our factory welcomed a client from Malaysia for the final inspection of a Rib Roofing Roll Forming Machine prior to shipment. The visit was arranged to ensure the equipment meets all technical requirements and production expectations before delivery.
During the inspection, our technical team introduced the machine structure in detail, including the decoiler system, feeding device, roll forming stations, hydraulic cutting unit, and PLC control system. The client paid close attention to the forming accuracy, panel profile consistency, and overall machine stability.
A full production test was carried out on-site. The machine operated continuously, producing rib roofing sheets with clean profiles, uniform wave height, and precise cutting length. The client carefully checked the finished samples and measured key dimensions to confirm compliance with their specifications.
In addition, the inspection also covered electrical configuration, safety protection systems, and operational performance under continuous working conditions. Our engineers demonstrated the control interface and explained daily maintenance procedures to ensure smooth operation at the customer's facility.
After several rounds of testing and confirmation, the client expressed satisfaction with the machine performance and build quality. The equipment met the expected standards and was approved for shipment preparation.
This successful inspection not only confirmed the reliability of the Rib Roofing Roll Forming Machine, but also further strengthened cooperation between both sides. The machine will soon be packed and shipped to Malaysia, supporting the client's roofing sheet production project.
