Focus on the C/Z Purlin Interchange Machine: Rapid Changeover Capability Draws Attention
On the first day of inspection, the customer focused on evaluating the core performance of the C/Z Purlin Interchange Roll Forming Machine. This equipment enables automatic switching between C-section and Z-section steel on the same production line without requiring roller replacement for profile changeover, making it particularly suitable for steel structure processing scenarios with diverse order specifications and frequent changeover requirements.
Our technical team conducted a live demonstration of the complete operation process-from uncoiling and feeding, through multi-pass roll forming and punching, to hydraulic cutting. The entire line operated smoothly in full synchronization. The customer paid special attention to the C/Z changeover mechanism and forming precision control. Our engineers provided a detailed explanation of the synchronous motion system and positioning accuracy assurance mechanism: the equipment is controlled through programmable logic controller (PLC) programming; operators simply enter the target profile dimensions on the touchscreen, and the system automatically adjusts the roller spacing and forming parameters, completing the changeover within minutes.
During the on-site trial production, the equipment continuously produced both C-section and Z-section purlins. The customer randomly selected finished products for critical dimension measurements. The results showed that profile straightness, web height, flange width, and hole positioning accuracy all met engineering acceptance standards. The customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment's ability to maintain consistent precision under frequent changeover conditions.
Rib Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine: Continuous Operation Validates Reliable Quality
On the following day, the customer conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Rib Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine. This equipment is primarily used for producing rib (RIB) profiles commonly utilized in building roofing systems, and serves as a key production asset for steel structure workshops, storage facilities, and large-scale public building roofing projects.
