Recently, our technical and sales team traveled Western Austrialia Perth to support a Project of Double Layer Roof Roll Forming Machine and Cladding Panel Roll Forming Machine, focusing on customer communication, technical confirmation, on-site commissioning and daily maintenance trainning.

During the visit, our team held detailed discussions with the customer regarding roof profile specifications, material thickness range, production capacity, and line configuration of the Double Layer ROOFING Roll Forming Machine and related Hydraulic uncoiler and 17M length Auto stacker. Special attention was given to the changeover efficiency between the two profiles, forming accuracy, and long-term operational stability, ensuring the equipment fully meets the customer's production requirements.

In addition, on-site communication allowed our engineers to better understand the customer's workshop layout and workflow. Based on this information, practical suggestions were provided regarding machine installation, power supply arrangement, and operator training, helping the customer prepare for smooth commissioning after delivery.
