Metal Roof Standing Seam Machine

This standing seam roof forming machine is primarily constructed with high-strength industrial-grade materials.

The main frame features thick-walled steel structure welded for excellent torsion resistance and stability. The critical forming components utilize Cr12 tool steel rollers, vacuum heat-treated to achieve HRC 58-62 hardness, ensuring wear and corrosion resistance. This allows long-term use with various coil materials, including galvanized steel, color-coated steel, and aluminum.

The transmission shafts are made of solid 45# steel with quenching and tempering treatment, ensuring long-term strength and minimal deformation. Key components such as motors, electrical controls, and reduction systems comply with international standards and can be adapted to voltage and plug requirements for export markets.

The entire machine is assembled and debugged by a professional technical team according to design drawings. The forming rollers are precision-machined by CNC lathes and undergo multiple quenching processes to ensure forming accuracy and service life. During assembly, each set of roller shafts is laser-aligned to guarantee straightness of the output panels and tightness of the seams. Before leaving the factory, the equipment must undergo comprehensive no-load tests and trial panel forming tests. Only after confirming that all functions-including panel width adjustment, seam locking effect, forming speed, and panel flatness-meet standards will the machine be packed and shipped.

Pre-Operation Inspection:
Ensure proper power connection and reliable machine grounding. Check rollers, bearings, and chains for obstructions or looseness.

Material Compatibility:
Use only materials within the machine's specified range (0.4–0.7mm thickness). Adjust feed clearance appropriately for different materials to optimize forming results.

Dry Operation Requirement:
Avoid operation in rain or damp conditions to prevent material slippage or electrical component damage. Maintain dry working conditions for safety.

Scheduled Maintenance:
Inspect chain tension, roller lubrication, and motor bolt tightness every 100 operating hours to prevent mechanical fatigue from prolonged use.

Handling Precautions:
Use designated lifting points or casters for transportation. Lock casters or employ forklifts/lifting equipment to prevent tipping or impact damage during movement.
