1.Precision Corrugated Sheet Bending Process
The equipment employs progressive multi-roller bending technology to ensure each corrugated metal sheet achieves uniform curvature. The equipment is configured with four interchangeable pressing roller systems, each optimized for different material characteristics:

Steel processing: Uses high-frequency induction heating-assisted bending with operating temperatures controlled between 200–250°C

Aluminum sheet handling: Equipped with polyurethane protective roller sleeves, with surface pressure ≤8 MPa

Galvanized sheets: Activates electrostatic dust removal devices, with zinc layer damage rate <0.3%

Pre-painted sheets: Employs low-temperature forming mode (ambient temperature ≥15°C)

4.Heavy-Duty Structural Durability Design
The main frame adopts an H-beam box welded structure, with critical load-bearing sections reaching a plate thickness of 25 mm. The pressing roller system uses forged 42CrMo alloy steel, achieving a surface hardness of HV850 after deep nitriding treatment. The transmission mechanism is equipped with preloaded ball screws, ensuring repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. Under full-load continuous operation, the equipment achieves a mean time between failures exceeding 800 hours per day.

5.Mobile Production Solution
